Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a cognitive and behavioral therapeutic approach which target negative and destructive thought and behaviors patterns. DBT incorporates mindfulness, interpersonal skills and distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills to help with personality disorders and self-harm behaviors.

Trauma Informed Therapy

Trauma informed care values and prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and trust. It incorporates psychoeducation on the long and short term impacts of trauma on the body and focuses on skills to process the trauma while creating a sense of safety and security in clients.
