Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Focused on the interactions between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, CBT can help you learn to identify, challenge and replace negative thought patterns that have developed over time to learn new thought pathways.


Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT incorporates values and mindfulness strategies to recognize, accept and observe difficult thoughts and emotions. This approach enhances psychological flexibility to enhance self-acceptance and problem-solving skills. 


Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT enhances emotional awareness and the impact it has on behaviors, attachment and communication within relationships. It can promote effective decision making and provide greater tolerance for difficult emotions while strengthing self identity


Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a cognitive and behavioral therapeutic approach which target negative and destructive thought and behaviors patterns. DBT incorporates mindfulness, interpersonal skills and distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills to help with personality disorders and self-harm behaviors. 


Trauma Informed Therapy

 Trauma informed care values and prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and trust. It incorporates psychoeducation on the long and short term impacts of trauma on the body and focuses on skills to process the trauma while creating a sense of safety and security in clients.


Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy emphasizes the connection between mind/body and the importance of a regulated nervous system. This approach works to build and facilitate the mind/body connection to promote greater control of stress and trauma responses and decreased anxiety, panic, irritability and tension.
